Your privacy matters to us. This document explains what data we process and how, when you visit this website or contact us. The data controller is the business identified at the end of this page.

1. What data we process

This is a presentation website. It contains no forms and does not automatically collect personal data for profiling or marketing. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you send us: your name, email address, phone number and the details of your message or project.

2. Legal basis and purpose

We process this data in order to reply to you, send you a quotation and provide the services you request, on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR).

3. How long we keep the data

We keep the data for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards only for as long as legal obligations require (for example, tax obligations), after which we delete or anonymise it.

4. Providers and third parties

To run the website we use infrastructure providers that may process your IP address strictly in order to deliver the content: web hosting (Netlify) and the jsDelivr delivery network, which serves the animation and 3D libraries (Three.js and GSAP, and Motion in the demos). The fonts are hosted on this site. We do not sell your data or transfer it for marketing purposes. Some providers may be located outside the EU; any such transfer takes place with the applicable legal safeguards.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. You can exercise these rights by writing to us at the email address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority, dataprotection.ro).

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
