1. Who we are

This website is operated by TURCU VALENTIN-NICUȘOR PFA (hereinafter “VTN Industries”), whose full identification details are given at the end of this page. By using the website you agree to the terms below.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the work of VTN Industries in two directions: VTN Finance & Software (custom software for process automation, and ContaSpark) and VTN Design & Engineering (mechanical engineering, web design and product design).

3. Information only

The information on the website is for presentation purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any collaboration is agreed separately, through a dedicated quotation and contract accepted by both parties. For software applications we offer a free trial period (30 days) before final delivery.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, logos, renders, 3D models and demos on the website belong to TURCU VALENTIN-NICUȘOR PFA and may not be reproduced without permission. The “Lumière”, “Apex” and “Machine Doctor” demos are fictional (made-up companies, data and figures), created solely to illustrate what we build; any resemblance to real entities is coincidental. The radial engine and the laptop stand are VTN design studies, not manufactured products. ContaSpark is a VTN Finance & Software product, available at contaspark.ro, with its own terms and conditions.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. We make efforts to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for any damage resulting from its use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or, failing an agreement, by the competent courts of Romania.
