WhatsApp and website assistant
Answers day and night from your company’s information and can make a booking or take an order. It says from the start that it’s automated, and when it doesn’t know, it puts the customer in touch with someone from your team.
Online booking
Customers pick their own time, on your website or from their phone. They get a confirmation and a reminder, and anyone who can’t make it reschedules from a link.
Missed calls
Anyone who calls and can’t get through gets a message straight away with a booking link. If you like, calls can also be answered by a voice assistant in Romanian, which says from the start that it’s automated.
Google reviews
After the visit, customers who have agreed to receive messages get a link to leave a review: all of them, not just the happy ones, and with no rewards, as Google’s rules require.
Customer records
A simple CRM: all your customers in one place, with their history, enquiries, quotes and what needs doing next, plus reminders for each one.
Inside the business
Incoming invoices
Invoices from SPV (the Romanian tax portal) and receipts are read, checked (supplier, tax ID, amounts, duplicates) and prepared for the accounts. A person confirms the amounts read from receipts and anything unclear.
Invoicing and payments
Invoices go out on their own, through e-Factura, and customers who pay late get a polite reminder.
The Monday report
On Monday morning you see on your phone the week’s sales, payments received, overdue invoices and expenses, pulled straight from your business software.
Data between programs
Orders, customers or stock entered in one program reach the other on their own, without typing mistakes.

Medical practices
Patients book online and get a reminder the day before, and anyone who calls and can’t get through gets a booking link straight away.
Salons and barbershops
Bookings from the phone, automatic reminders and, for customers who have agreed to receive messages, a Google review request after the visit.

Are you an accountant?
You know better than anyone where the businesses you keep the books for lose time. If one of your clients does the same things by hand every month, send them this page. A recommendation from their accountant counts for more than any advert.

Do you work in my industry?
Most likely, yes. The method is the same everywhere: we learn how you work, then automate the steps that repeat. If we can’t help, we’ll tell you on the first call.
How much does an application cost?
It depends on what it needs to do. After the analysis you get a fixed price, in writing, before we start. Services billed by usage, such as text messages, calls or AI, have a separate monthly cost, which we also estimate in the quote. The first call costs nothing.
Do I have to change the software I use?
No. We start from what you already have: your stock, invoicing or accounting software, Excel, email. We use the exports and the access your software vendor gives you, without getting around their rules.
Do I need a new website?
Not necessarily. Booking and the assistant can go on the website you already have. If you don’t have one or want a new one, we build that too.
Where does my company’s data stay?
Whenever possible, the application runs on your company’s computers and the data stays there. If a server is needed, we tell you upfront where the data is stored and who can access it.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
Where it really helps, for example to read scanned documents or sort emails. For calculations, such as report totals or amounts taken from your business software, we use exact rules that give the same result every time. Figures that AI reads from a scanned document are shown to you to confirm.
Is it legal to use assistants and automated messages?
Yes, if they are done properly, and that’s how we do them: assistants say from the start that they are automated, messages only go to customers who have agreed to receive them, and personal data is handled under GDPR rules.
What don’t you do?
We don’t send mass messages to people who haven’t asked for them, we don’t buy or filter reviews, we don’t let AI make decisions about people, and we don’t promise doubled sales. We only promise what we can measure: for example, how many enquiries went unanswered before and how many do after.
How long until I get the application?
It depends on its size. We put the deadline in the quote, before we start.
What if something changes in my business?
The application can be changed. If you like, we can also take care of its monthly maintenance. We agree what it includes and what it costs upfront, in the quote.
Who works on my application?
We do, directly: your application is built by the same hands that built ContaSpark, and you talk to whoever builds it, not to a middleman.
